Run Fast Camps Join FAU Head Track and Cross Country Coach Alex Smolka for Run Fast Camps! Campers will learn the skills and training methods for their selected event areas. Event groups include: Sprints/Hurdles/HJ-LJ-TJ/800m and up. Our camp provides a safe, educational, and fun experience for runners of all skill levels and abilities. Runners end the summer with increased knowledge, new friends, and a love of the sport!
